A note on our testing routine: We put our new (or at least new to us) products on the ’to be tested’ shelf. Our sales staff are encouraged to take a product home and test it at their leisure, the product is theirs to keep. We ask only that they give us a written review of the product. (It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it!). We do occasionally ask non-staff members to test, but try to keep the circle small so that we have the same authors testing a number of products.
Blue Water Sea Probe Stimulator - By Nicole
A little background on Nicole:Nicole is in her late twenties and single, she has been living with her boyfriend for two years and has no immediate plans for children. Nicole has helped us with several reviews in the last year.
I took both the Blue Water Sea Probe and the Blue Water Tidal G-spot home to review. They are sister products and are the same in every way except for the shape. The Sea Probe is the normal vibrator shape and is designed for clitoral and vaginal stimulation, while the Tidal G-spot is designed primarily for G-spot stimulation.
I have never had a waterproof sex toy before, that’s the reason I chose to review these two. We have a Jacuzzi tub in which I have masturbated a few times, I have often thought it would be nice to use a vibrator in there. I cut the two vibes free from their wrapping and inserted the batteries. These vibrators are both on the large side, not huge but quite substantial. They are both nearly seven inches long and 1.5 inches wide.
The Blue Water vibrators are made from a soft jelly on a firm but pliable shaft. The advertising on the box uses words like ’Whisper Quiet’ and ’Ultra-Powerful’. They are not kidding, these vibrators really are amazingly quiet, the quietest vibrator I have ever tried actually. The power adjusts with a twist of the base and goes from mild to wild, easily as powerful as my favorite I-Vibe Rabbit.
I ran a nice warm bath, put the jets on and climbed in with my two new toys. I thought I would try the Sea Probe first, I put it on mild and ran it over over my lips and to my clitoris. Those little nubs near the head of the vibrator feel wonderful, I could have just left it there and would have come in no time at all!. However, being the dutiful sex toy tester that I am I thought I had best give the toy a thorough work out. I was pretty horny by the time I had inserted the Sea Probe and started to work it around a bit. I turned up the power and started to really squirm, this is a really powerful toy.
My sense of duty called again and I removed the Sea Probe and inserted the G-spot Stimulator. The G-spot stimulator is gently curved and has four rings of soft, ’clitoral stimulating nodes’. These little nodes did feel really great around the opening of my vagina but I don’t know how they think you could hit your g-spot and touch your clitoris at the same time?. (Houdini I am not!). At this stage I thought ok I have done my duty and tested all the functionality, now this is for me.
I turned up the vibes just a bit and had a huge orgasm.I have become quite fond of my new bath toys. My boyfriend teases me about my favorite bath toys, but I know he is just jealous!.
I have found the Blue Water toys work just as well out the water as in and think they are a great buy. It is really up to personal preference whether you get the Sea Probe or the G-spot. I use the G-spot more often but like them both. I can not think of a single irritating feature so I give them both five stars.
