The jelly material used in sex toys is very good at quickly getting to body temperature and is well suited - it just does not last as long as silicone. The vibrations from the Dolphin and the rotating shaft are controlled by two separate speed controllers. There is no ’pulsating’ or ’accelerating’ patterns of vibrations or different patterns of gyrations on the shaft.
So does this sex toy deliver the goods ?, you bet it does.
